Looking for house.

Last Saturday, my husband and me went to look around our would-be-living place, SanBon.
This town is about 20 minutes away from my present house. It is the first nationally designed city in Korea. The town was built in 1993. Even though the apartment complexes looked a little bit old, the town was clean and quite.
We didn't get a chance to find our house when we got married. Thanks(?) to the mother-in-law, we had to live in our house. It's been two years already so I can say I feel comfortable and got used to living here.
As a housewife, however, I just want to find my family's place by myself.
Choosing a right house needs many things to consider especially for newly married couple who is planning to have babies.

Those things are I consider.

1. Near the subway station.
We don't have a car so living near the subway station is very important.  I don't want my husband to waste time walking or waiting for a bus.

2. More than 2 bedrooms.
Enough space is crucial. I know if we have a baby, there will be much more things, a bed, covers, clothes, diapers and toys! As our bed is huge, there is not enough space even for a drawer for the baby in the room. (I don't mean my baby will sleep in another room.)  We definately need more space.

3. Close to the nature
I was born and raised in a country. There were huge rice field in front of my house. It was my playground for hunting frogs and a classroom to study the nature. Watching rice growing, some snowy herons resting and hunting in the rice field was a joy. Moreover, I didn't need to go somewhere to watch sunsetting. I could watch it even on the floor, or on the rooftop of my house. I also watched a lot of stars in the sky. Every summer my family went up the rooftop and enjoyed the summer night.
Now I'm living in a big city. Living in a city is convenient in many ways but I think people should spend
some time in their life in a country. Nature is a good teacher. It fulfills your soul with alturism which means to understand and love others. It teaches you patience. It gives you a broader view to lead your life.
Therefore, I'd like to raise my kids in an environment closed to nature. Sanbon is the right place, I guess.
